Our Service Contract entitles the customer to:

A typical maintenance contract for a residential dwelling costs €135.00 plus Vat annually.
In cases of tenanted properties we operate in the following manner. Landlords/letting agents supply us with the contact details of their tenants and we schedule the annual boiler service at a time that suits the tenant. This satisfies the duty of care the landlord/letting agent has to the tenant. In the case of a gas boiler, a Declaration of Conformance Certificate is issued. When the tenant contacts us in the event of a breakdown or an emergency call out no additional work is undertaken without the prior agreement from the landlord/letting agent. The landlord is always provided with an estimated cost in advance of any work being carried out.
The objective is to ensure the landlord or management company is not burdened dealing directly with tenants yet knows what costs are being incurred in advance of work being carried out.
